Job Description
Our Company
Presteve Foods Limited is a fish processing and distribution plant that was established in 1980. We sell the highest quality fish found in the Great Lakes.
Presteve Foods Limited (“Presteve”) is the leading vertically integrated harvester, processor and distributor of freshwater fish and other seafood in the Great Lakes, based on the shores of Lake Erie, ON. The company specializes in processing and marketing freshwater fish harvested from the Great Lakes and other Canadian, U.S. and European freshwater fisheries. Presteve supplies fresh and frozen fish – whether whole, dressed, filleted or breaded / battered – to wholesalers, distributors and retail customers in the USA and Canada, under both its own brand and private label.
Presteve’s purpose as a company is “to preserve and elevate the centuries’ old tradition of harvesting and preparing unique, wild, freshwater fish, and other specialty seafood, and to share this natural resource with the world.” The company’s most ambitious goal is “to become the leader in North America of unique, wild, freshwater fish, and other specialty seafood, and make their sources famous.” Presteve continues to grow through the expansion of existing operations and an acquisition strategy supported by its majority shareholder, Founders Food Group, a Vancouver-based family investment firm.
Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for reliable full time staff members to join our growing plant facility.
