Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work deeply with engineering teams on the design, implementation, and drive the delivery of large technology initiatives for Prime Video Ads. You will be responsible for leading initiatives spanning across teams of software engineers, designing and building innovative software solutions for our customers. You will need to be an excellent leader and bridge across various parts of Tech, Product, business, as well as legal and marketing.

We recently led the high-profile launch of Prime Video's Ads offering in January 2024, and are continuing to launch new products and features for our customers and partners world-wide.

* 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
* Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary for this position ranges from $128,100/year up to $214,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
