We are seeking solar installers for residential projects
Responsibilities:
* Learn the installation process
* Documentation of install
* Follow the directions of your crew leader
* Comfortable lifting 50lb and working at heights
* Working in outdoor weather conditions
* Correspond professionally with homeowners
* Install mounts/rails/modules
* Comfortable working on a roof
* Fast paced environment
* Follow all safety policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
