Amazon’s Global Owned Content and Channels team is looking for a digital producer to help manage and extend the organic reach of Amazon’s reputational messaging campaigns, while scaling About Amazon’s website traffic footprint through Amazon’s owned digital channels. This role is a new and exciting role on the Global Owned Content and Channels team, which exists to inform and inspire readers with trustworthy stories from Amazon.
This role requires a strong analytical eye, detailed project management skills, and an understanding of content marketing and digital distribution strategies and best practices. You must be able to read through campaign data and metrics and translate campaign performance and learnings into reports with actionable insights for upper management stakeholders. Strong interpersonal communication skills, a flair for creativity, and experience with content marketing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership over programming marketing placements (like banner ads or search-driven ads) on Amazon.com and reporting out performance metrics and insights
* Collaborating with numerous internal stakeholders and teams including editorial, website production, design, business communication, and paid marketing to source—and create—relevant creative for integrated campaign programming across channels
* Monitor campaigns to ensure performance is meeting benchmarks and adjust accordingly (targeting, artwork, copy, etc.)
* Acting as a data expert and strategic partner for editorial and business comms partners to devise programming strategies to reach target audiences through owned distribution channels
* Create monthly reports for sharing with team/stakeholders and share highlights in team meetings/docs
* Identify and foster new distribution opportunities across Amazon owned entities
* Build a testing roadmap for distribution programming, and set up regular A/B tests to optimize content
* Creating workback schedules and managing key project timelines.
* Building relationships with team leads and stakeholders across the company

If you’re a seasoned digital marketer who is passionate about great storytelling and effective in developing stakeholder support, plus, you are technically proficient in digital marketing campaign setup, management, and reporting, we have an amazing opportunity for you. This role is a temporary contract-based role open to those based in Seattle, New York City, or San Francisco.
Location: Seattle (Hybrid) (New York or San Francisco also.)
Contract Length: 7 Months
Pay Range: $45 -$50 per hour
