We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Lead/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, managing a team of electricians, and ensuring that all electrical systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Plan and schedule electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
* Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
* Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
* Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines and objectives.
* Train and mentor junior electricians.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in electrical project management and supervision.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
* Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Mark up Prints for panel designers
* Experience Dealing with Electrical Inspectors
* Self-starter and is eager to learn
* Will lead the electrical department, including an apprentice
* PUNCTUAL and has reliable transportation
* Full Time (40-55hours per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
