Primary Purpose: Support the North America/International Wholesale Team with a hyper focus on Amazon with daily and long-term operating functions across all categories (i.e. leather goods, footwear, jewelry, RTW).
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in sales and merchandising to…
* Update weekly selling reporting by utilizing external (retail) portals for all categories
* Master Amazon Vendor Central portal to help support cross category product launch on Amazon site
* Support ad-hoc data, aggregation and reporting such as “Available to Sell” reports
* Assist in quarterly market weeks by creating line sheets, order templates and all subsequent market documents, order upload support through NuOrder and Joor, maintain showroom standards during market, support team members with in person appointments by taking notes and showroom presentation set-up.
* Manage all ecommerce copy and PDP imagery for all wholesale and international partners
* Assist sales team in coordinating and preparing decks for different projects
* Promptly and proactively support external client communication through weekly/daily emails and calls
* Monitor ecommerce websites to identify if newness is live.
* Maintain and manage biweekly drop ship tracker to indicate if new styles are live on ecommerce websites.
* Communicate confidently with internal and external partners to achieve sales functions.
* Required to be in office Tuesday-Thursday, with ability to flex up to 5 days as needed
The accomplished individual will possess...
* 0-2 years of experience in retail, field, or wholesale sales environment
* Previous experience and exposure with merchandising/visual merchandising
* Previous experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central portal a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Office platforms including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (*Must be able to execute V-lookups and create Pivot Tables)
* Exposure to NuOrder and Joor or retailer portals
