Pay: Starting Wage $20.50 an hour + $0.50 weekly bonus based on team performance scoring fantastic plus.
● Weekly pay every every Wednesday using the Paycom App!
● Wage increases based on performance reviews
Shifts: 8-10 hours per day, and shifts are available 7 days per week (Typically a 4-day work week) Hiring full-time and part-time!

We expect continued expansion over the next 12 months and are looking for reliable Delivery Associates/Drivers to join our team!

Duties:
● Successful candidates must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions and have excellent customer service skills.
● Complete deliveries using GPS navigation with company smart phone device.
● Operate delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
● Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs
● Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
● Lift, push and pull packages up to 50lbs.
● Communicate with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
● Ensure cargo is secure and properly loaded onto the vehicle.
● Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws.
● Be able to complete routes ranging from 150 - 200 stops efficiently.
Requirements:
● Eligible to work in the U.S.
● At least 21 years of age (Military Veterans, Students encouraged to apply!)
● Consent to pre-employment drug screening (DO NOT test for THC)
● Motor Vehicle Report (Previous 3 years)
● Problem-solving skills
● Customer Obsessed
● Customer service skills
● Can do attitude with willingness to grow and learn
