Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Develops and manages a cross-functional process to identify and validate perspective new buildings, think big to anticipate and work around potential blockers, and deliver new building launches.
We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to execute expansion projects and programs.
This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing and scaling processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to cross-functional senior management on status, risks and process/product changes.
Cross-team collaboration, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Launch team, they execute launch sites from lease to launch
* Central point to gain alignment of all teams
* Work with construction, safety, staffing
* Partner with FTE project managers
* Create playbook to hold stakeholders accountable to timelines
* Will be working on launching new buildings
* Able to work with multiple different departments and stakeholders
Requirements
* Up to 25% travel to sites as needed
* 2+ years: Project management experience working with multiple stakeholders and being able to work cross functionally to manage teams
* Creative problem solving
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Smartsheet (nice to have)
* Operations background
Contract Length: 11 Months
Location: Remote (CST OR EST)
Pay Range: $38 - $42 per hour
