Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:
As a SoftwareOne Business Advisor specializing in cloud Contact Center Solutions and PBX systems, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and implementing solutions that leverage cloud PBX systems, with a particular emphasis on Amazon Connect. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical consultants, and project managers, to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to contact center operations and telephony systems.
* Design and document detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to support the implementation of Amazon Connect and other cloud PBX solutions.
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and solution architects to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
* Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and training.
* Act as a subject matter expert on Amazon Connect and other cloud PBX systems, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
* Assist with pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and presentations to potential clients.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for future enhancements or upgrades.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives through the effective use of technology.

What we need to see from you:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Advisor, preferably in a consulting or customer-facing role.
* Strong expertise in Amazon Connect, including configuration, integration, and administration.
* Knowledge of cloud PBX systems such as Ring Central, Zoom Phone System, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar credentials are desirable but not required.

Target compensation for this role will be $170,000.00 (mix of base salary and bonus) and will be determined based on candidate qualifications, experience, and location.
