About the Job We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Global Amazon Fulfilment Specialist, who can bring a savvy and knowledgeable hand to manage fulfilment at Supernova. In collaboration with our freight logistics and demand planning teams, you will be the backbone of our international supply chain. Our ideal candidate will have a complete obsession with quality, continuous improvements, and customer satisfaction. You should be process and analytical-focused and be very comfortable with spreadsheets, ERPs and cost/benefit analysis to prioritise tasks according to their impact on the bottom line. This role will also call on you to work collaboratively to help align everyone on the same goals and keep everyone up to date with the state of fulfilment. As such, you’ll need to be a strong communicator, both with our external fulfilment partners as well as internal stakeholders. Responsibilities * End-to-End Planning, Fulfilment, Logistics, and FBA Management for Amazon Channel for the Group including, * Planning : Demand planning (via Amazon and internal tools) in cooperation with the global Demand Planning team. * Planning : FBA shipment creation for replenishment * Fulfilment : Execute stock replenishment with close coordination with 3PL * Fulfilment : Ensure special instructions for Amazon are being followed by 3PLs. * Logistics : Track and update replenishment order status on ERP/CIN7 * FBA Management : Optimise fulfilment process across the group (i.e. continuous cost saving initiatives and process enhancements) * FBA Management : Inventory reconciliation between Supernova ERP and Amazon Seller Center. Your Profile * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management or related fields * Min 1-2 years relevant experience within e-commerce, supply chain management or logistics * Good familiarity with the whole suite of Office products as well as a general level of comfort with most modern online tools like Google Docs and other work management platforms * Strong experience with complex Excel spreadsheets or similar data tools * Experience in a fast-growing startup is a plus * Excellent attention to detail * Good sense of humour This job has everything for the right applicant, and is available immediately.
