Job Description
Sun City Electrical has been in business for 11 years serving all of the Okanagan with electrical and smart/automation home needs.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Perform electrical inspections and identify potential hazards or malfunctions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Experience:
- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial setting
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus

Pay: $21.61-$42.53 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
