POSITION SUMMARY
The Amazon Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing advertising campaigns for Amazon. They will work with the Director of Digital Marketing to grow the Amazon sales channel through digital advertising. The Amazon Marketing Specialist will use both internal and external data analytics to judge the success of advertising campaigns and react accordingly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement Amazon advertising campaigns on Amazon Sponsored Ads including: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
* Work with the Digital Marketing Director to launch Amazon DSP (Amazon Display) ads for all RealTruck brands to achieve the following goals: remarketing, cross-selling, product awareness, product consideration, and new product launches.
* Manage advertising campaign performance with an eye towards budget management and target KPIs.
* Work with the Truck Bed Cover, Accessory, Off-Road, and Ecommerce Sales and Marketing teams to stay abreast of sales initiatives and new opportunities for channel expansion.
* Provide analysis and reporting of all Amazon and marketplace advertising performance and use this data to quickly pivot advertising messaging and spend to act on market trends.
* Leverage Amazon Attribution to track off-Amazon advertising performance.
* Work with Amazon account representatives to stay abreast of emerging advertising programs and beta trial opportunities.
* Learn additional external marketing platforms that support Amazon advertising (e.g. Facebook).
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
* 1-3 years marketing experience.
* 1+ years of digital marketing experience preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical background.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel.
