Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and attention to detail.
Duties:
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar systems
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and system design
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Journeyman Electrician
- Previous experience in solar installation a benefit, but not required
- Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $36.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
