Job Summary:
Rezel Holdings, LLC is a dynamic e-commerce company based in Eastvale, CA, specializing in innovative consumer products.
We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Amazon FBA Sales Manager to manage our Amazon sales channel through FBA and report directly to company CEO. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales & profit goals, managing Product Launch, Product Promotion, FBA Inventory, Keyword Optimization and Ranking, Listing and PPC optimization, and work closely with Digital Marketing teams to execute company's overall sales and marketing plan.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales and profit Goal
* Achieve traffic and conversion Rate Goal
* Manage all sales-related daily tasks on Amazon Seller Central
* Help with hiring, training, managing and building Amazon Operation Team
* Plan and execute product launching strategy for all new products
* Optimize new and existing Amazon Listings: copywriting, keyword, title, bullet points, A+ EBC, other backend details, product descriptions; work with designers on pictures and videos optimization
* Manage & Optimize PPC campaigns to increase traffic, keyword ranking, click through rate, conversion rate
* Manage FBA inventory and provide accurate sales forecasting
* Coordinate with other Digital Marketing teammates or external professionals to complete sales & marketing tasks
* Help to identify, analyze new product opportunity
* Prepare sales report
* Monitor competitors listing performance
* Perform other tasks required by company
Experience & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3 years+ proven experience in Amazon Seller Central FBA selling
* Previously manage minimum $500,000/sales per month with proven track records
* Previously manage minimum $50,000/budget per month on Amazon PPC
* Previously launched a product from $0 sales and reached $100,000 sales per month on Amazon Seller Central
* Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central
* Interviewing skills to hire and onboard new team members
* Strong understanding of E-Commerce principles and best practices.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Budgeting skills to allocate resources effectively and track expenses
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
