Purpose of the role:
As the Production Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the production process of our cutting-edge counter drone product and technology. Your responsibilities will include receiving/checking raw materials from upstream processes and conducting assembly in accordance with technical drawings. Additionally, you will oversee raw materials management and maintenance. Your primary objective is to create and implement our standard assembly procedures, ensuring efficient product assembly while upholding the highest quality standards. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance work environment.
Requirements
* Must be a detail oriented and well-organized person.
* Have education in electronics or electrical and hardware courses or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiar with electronics common knowledge and soldering and have intermediate knowledge in manufacturing and production.
* Excellent hands-on ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational skills and the desire and ability to learn new things.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment that is focused on priorities and end results
* Can work independently.
Responsibilities
* Perform hardware assembly and electronic hardware assembly, test and inspection of products.
* Maintain assembling guide and manual related documentation.
* Prepare raw materials and maintain the material inventory for manufacturing process.
* Be responsible for the quality control of assembled products, perform indoor and outdoor field test for products.
* Product repair and maintenance.
* Package the product before shipping out.
* Be responsible for trouble shooting and improvement of assembly processes.
