Amazon Talent Acquisition Employer Brand team is seeking an experienced digital marketing and content specialist. This role will support the L7 Principal Digital role in the overall Amazon.jobs content strategy and UX. The role will also manage a robust search engine optimization strategy to increase quality traffic to Amazon.jobs. This role will build and QA data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and analysis to deliver metrics and insights to the business including defining core metrics, and scaling an employer brand dashboard to inform central and LoB campaigns. You will own the build, test and optimization of this online experience. As a digital marketing expert, you will be responsible for defining the customer journey for Connected Community across our site, digital channels and partner engagements to ensure that it is executed in a way that delivers consistent customer experience across regional markets and integration into other marketing activities. You will be responsible for developing a diverse content calendar and portfolio that serves the different marketing funnel needs and embodies an accessible tone and benefit messaging that resonates with our candidates. You will be data minded and skillfully use A/B testing and analytics to generate regular reports to drive optimization of digital marketing, site traffic and content engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, content strategy, and UX. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to design digital assets and execute digital journeys as needed across regions and the marketing funnel. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze effectiveness, test hypothesis, optimize strategies and clearly articulate results to stakeholders. You are both a storyteller and a pragmatic manager with attention to detail. You understand the vital role content plays in a business's success. You will work across multiple teams and regions to tell engaging stories and build impactful content that illustrates how Amazon Talent Acquisition Employer Brand has the right role to fit every candidates life style.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
