Responsibilities for Journeyman:
* Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of state-of-the-art electrical systems and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations, prioritizing safety standards.
* Perform essential tasks such as running wires, installing fixtures, and connecting components.
* Collaborate with experienced professionals to troubleshoot and resolve electrical challenges.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Enrolled in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
* Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Physical stamina to handle manual labor and adapt to various work environments.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities for Lead Hand:
* Oversee and coordinate slab, rough-in, and finishing tasks to ensure high-quality electrical installations.
* Demonstrate expert knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
* Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and development.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative and successful projects.
* Contribute fresh ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in any of the following: slab, rough-in, finishing work, EMT, fire alarm, or distribution.
* Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
* Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements.
* Valid driver's license.
