About the Role:
Trojan Technologies is looking for an Electrical Designer that willbring their own creative insights into a highly engaged team that develops, analyzes and implements UV design solutions. You will be supported by experienced staff and experts as you create electrical schematics, PID drawings, and BOM’s for electrical systems within the Municipal water treatment industry. With a focus on your personal growth and development, as you gain experience, you will be given opportunities to mentor and support more junior team members.
What Will I Be Doing?
* Develop, analyze, and implement innovative, cost effective project custom design solutions for UV disinfection equipment.
* Produce / review project custom design drawings / documentation.
* Design areas include creation of electrical schematics, PID drawings, BOMs for industrial control panels and electrical systems for use on products installed in Municipal water treatment facilities.
* Provide technical support to sales team and review of project contract specifications.
* Implement final design through the organization, working with other functional areas such as Manufacturing Operations and Service.
* Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience; provide informal guidance and support to more junior team members.
Are You Qualified?
* Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering program
* 3+ years of proven working knowledge and experience of low voltage control panel design
* Proficient in AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
