Warehouse Manager (City of Industry)
We are looking for the ideal Warehouse Manager candidate to join our team. We are a fast growing manufacturing company located in City of Industry CA 91746.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the entire e-commerce logistics operations, including order processing, distribution, and transportation.
* Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory, Conduct cycle count inventory regularly to verify stock accuracy.
* Manage warehouse associates, Contribute to a positive work environment, Provide timely feedback to team members.
* Set warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient workflow.
* Lead and guide the team members, ensuring efficient team performance, and provide necessary training and support.
* Ensure the safety of using the warehouse equipment, Stay up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
* Communicate with other departments to ensure timely product shipments.
* Develop and maintain a schedule for all machine maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:

* Generating Reports
* OSHA Safety Guidelines
* Creating Standard Operating Procedures Guidelines
Requirements:
* 3+ years of warehouse operation management experience.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and innovative.
* Basic knowledge in computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets.
* Familiar with inventory management software(s), such as Fishbowl.
* Strong decision making and problem solving skills
* Good customer service and communication skills.
* Basic understanding and ability to troubleshoot warehouse machinery issues.
* Forklift certified
* Bilingual in English and Chinese
* Experienced on RMA process and Amazon FBA shipment preparation is a plus
