Warehouse Manager - Amazon & FBA Expertise Required
Warehouse and Logistics Manager (Former Amazonians Welcome!)

We're seeking a results-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team! If you have experience leading warehouse operations and possess a deep understanding of logistics best practices, we want to hear from you, especially if you honed your skills at Amazon.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Ensure smooth and efficient workflow to meet tight deadlines and exceed customer expectations
Manage inventory levels, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and control costs
Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of productivity and continuous improvement
Analyze data and identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes
Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure seamless supply chain management
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years of warehouse and logistics management experience
Proven track record of success in a high-volume environment
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Strong understanding of inventory management principles
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive under pressure
Experience working at Amazon in a warehouse or logistics leadership role (highly desirable)
