JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Amazon Connect engineer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for our clients. You will be working with the latest technologies and tools in the AWS cloud, such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, and more.
As an Amazon Connect engineer, you will:
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable Amazon Connect solutions that meet the business requirements and customer expectations
* Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and connectors
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and its integrations
* Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of Amazon Connect and its integrations
* Document and maintain the best practices and standards for Amazon Connect development and deployment
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying Amazon Connect solutions
* Proficient in AWS cloud technologies and services, such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, and more
* Experience in using AWS SDKs, CLI, and CloudFormation
* Experience in programming languages, such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#
* Experience in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React
* Experience in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP
* Experience in testing tools and frameworks, such as JUnit, PyTest, Mocha, or Selenium
* Experience in version control tools, such as Git or SVN
* Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
