Job Summary:
The E-commerce Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission by overseeing the daily e-commerce process. The qualified candidate will also help with the future implementation of the Amazon Marketplace. This role includes responsibilities such as forecasting, inventory management, data analysis, pricing strategies, enhancing user experience, and monitoring daily sales.
In fulfilling these responsibilities, you will handle external communications with clients and internal communications with various departments, including Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Planning, Credit, IT, and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
* Act as point person for e-commerce operations, support and track the complete e-commerce order processes from order creation to invoicing and delivery.
* Provide comprehensive support throughout the order lifecycle, from order inception and allocation to troubleshooting post-delivery issues.
* Manage daily requests from our Customer Service team, including inquiries about order status, order modifications, cancellations, and returns processing.
* Collaborate closely with our in-house Sales Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to understand Customer needs, order history progress, complaints, pricing changes, and account status.
* Proactively monitor orders portfolio status and daily inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to fulfill orders promptly. Request additional inventory allocation as needed to meet customer demand.
* Generate and maintain regular reports for the Webshop channel, including but not limited to stock allocation, pending fulfillment/approval orders, chargeback, and claim resolution.
* Review and ensure positive resolution for fraudulent transactions, claims, and chargebacks.
* Help manage and provide insights on product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns; Maintain and share a calendar for such events.
* Help develop and implement strategies and best practices for growth on Amazon, enforce quality standards in the marketplace, and coordinate product setup, including copy production, imagery, keywords optimization, attributes, and other product data.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
* Minimum of 3 years related work experience
* Strong customer-focused mindset
* Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Innovative thinking
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of internal leadership and staff
* Experience with Shopify and Shopify+ is a big plus (other E-commerce platform
acceptable)
* Experience managing marketplace operations, specifically Amazon
* Knowledge of marketplace business models
* Experience in Claim and Chargeback processes
* Hands-on experience with SCM systems, ERP (preferably NetSuite)
* Knowledge of EDI, Klarna, and Riskified is a big plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
