We have now set up a number of social enterprises importing products from overseas, to help fund the charity My Best Life Australia Limited. As a result of our rapid expansion, we now need to employ a diversly skilled individual who wants to grow with our various business ventures.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Personal Assistant to the managing director of Kickstart Businesses. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:office managementreconciling Xero transactionsmanaging communication, and coordinating diary schedules,creating sales invoicesassist with marketingorganising travel arrangementsresponding to emails and phone callsliaising with suppliers/shipping agents and customs agents.training future staff to oversee some of the above.
The role will be primarily located in Ulladulla, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work, and the occasional need for travel.
QualificationsPersonal Assistance or Executive Administrative Assistance experienceStrong communication skillsExperience in diary managementClerical skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesLooking for a long term role with significant growth prospects.Life experience will be more important than other qualifications.
