Job Description Marketing: Manage Social Media Platforms: Create, schedule, and monitor content for platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Toutiao, and Xiaohongshu. Engage with users and track performance. Content Creation and Editing: Write and edit articles, social post content, and property reports. Edit and upload videos, ensuring they meet quality standards and are optimised for maximum reach. Campaign Management: Develop and implement promotional plans for online and offline activities, including digital advertising campaigns (YouTube, Google AdWords). Track and analyse campaign performance, suggesting data-driven improvements. Event Coordination: Plan and manage online and offline events, including interviews, live broadcasts, and public events. Oversee logistics, equipment, and promotional materials. Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and draft promotional strategies. Suggest and implement new promotional channels in Australia and China. Employee Social Media Oversight: Supervise, plan, and provide feedback on the social media activities of company employees. Administrative: Translate and edit property reports to conform to the company's preferred format. Monitor and maintain sales funnels and pipeline automation, making adjustments as needed to improve performance. Provide administrative support to the team, including setting up profiles for new buyer's agents and assisting with their onboarding and integration into the company. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry knowledge, trends, and best practices. Client Engagement: Reach out to current clients to better understand their concerns and challenges, using this information to tailor the company’s services and marketing content. Coordinate and schedule video meetings with existing clients to gather testimonials and promote the company's success stories. What Can We Offer?
