We are looking for a full time Office & Marketing Administrator for our office in Rose Bay.
An overview of the role is as follows:
Front of house managementMaintain office cleanliness and consumablesFirst point of contact and greeting clients Prepare for meetings & tidy after each meetingGeneral assistance for Agents when requiredKey managementAssist with any IT issues if requiredAssist General Manager with tasks when requiredPrepare and Process agency agreementsPrepare and send Buyer matches and sold email blast for all propertiesMake new agent / new combination banners for email blasts when requiredCreate Social Media Posts as soon as photos are received Update pricing in CRM systemPrepare marketing collateral for agents and property campaignsPrepare Proposal Packs/Pre-Listing PacksPrepare OFI Packs when required
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
