Business Administration and Office support Full time/Part time
Cedar Asset Management (Cedar AM) is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to co-ordinate routine office activities while providing administrative support to our advisers and their growing client base. We are an independent Wealth Manager providing investment advice to sophisticated investors. You will report to the director, while being trained by the office manager and work with industry partners to provide administrative support to a number of financial professionals. Your duties will include: Opening broking accounts for clients. Creating monthly, quarterly invoices and reports to clients and advisers Providing advisor support Performing administrative duties such as data entry, mailing, filing and maintaining clients records in our system (FinClear, Praemium) General administrative duties and office management.
To be successful for this role, you will require: Eager to continue to learn and grow knowledge base. Ability to work in a team environment. Good organizational and administrative skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and computer skills
