An exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist and Office Coordinator to join the sass and bide, Marcs and David Lawrence family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional running of the reception desk, meeting & greeting visitors, coordinating meeting room access, managing deliveries, and ad-hoc office management.
This role would perfectly suit someone with prior retail and customer service experience, looking for the next step in their career!Based at Reception, key responsibilities include:Meet and greet guestsAnswering and transferring callsOrganising couriers – local, interstate & internationalKeeping the reception, boardroom and office areas up to a professional standardManage meeting room bookingsCoordinating office maintenance requirementsSupport in customer enquiries regarding orders and products via phone, emails and live chatProviding a high level of customer service at all timesAssisting departments in key activities on an ad hoc basisActing as a liaison between sass & bide boutiques and Head Office to achieve operational efficiency.Coordinating communications between Head Office and stores to ensure the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time.Ensuring all policies and procedures have been implemented successfully at store level and ensures all teams are compliant.Supporting the store teams daily by troubleshooting, reviewing system and task compliance, transaction auditing and overall operational support.Monitoring store consumable usage to ensure adequate supply, and where possible seek the most sustainable options.Acting as key point of contact for retail vendor relationships, including stationary providers, store cleaning and maintenance providers.
We are seeking the following attributes:Prior experience in reception (desired), previous experience in retail and customer service is advantageousYou’re an able multitasker, prioritising your workload appropriatelyYou’re customer centric – everything you do is with our customer in mindYou are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues You’re a strong, clear & concise communicatorYou are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving resultsMaturity and confidenceProficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate level of Excel and reportingExperience in navigating retail software programs and websites
