The City of Ballarat has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee in the Corporate Services Department working throughout many areas including Customer Experience, Records, Finance, etc. Whilst you are completing a nationally recognised certificate, you will undertake on the job training and provide customer service and administration duties to support the Corporate Services Team.
You will have a professional attitude, good computer skills and a customer focus approach to your work.

Key Selection Criteria
Experience in the provision of customer service specifically incorporating organisational skills and ability to multi task.Good numeracy and literacy skills as well a knowledge of Microsoft based computer packages.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate with a broad range of people and work as part of a team.Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
