About The Role
A leading medical device company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is integral in providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of customer support processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer enquiries and correspondence promptlyProvide feedback to sales team and product managersServe as first point of contact and record correspondence in CRMLiaise with various teams to meet customer service expectationsProcess urgent requests and provide Proof of Delivery (POD) detailsManage invoicing, follow-up on POs, and process creditsMaintain compliance with quality standards and participate in process improvementsContribute to innovation and handle local reports, orders, and operations meetings
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
