Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Answering and servicing a busy switchboard, managing a high volume of phone calls and redirecting accordinglyWelcoming visitors in a professional mannerNotifying correct department representatives/individual staff member when visitors arriveStrictly adhere to front of office security guidelinesMaintain a professional presentation of the office, meeting rooms, reception area and kitchensOrdering and distribution of office and kitchen suppliesMailroom distribution management and courier coordinationUpdating registersGeneral administration dutiesReporting building maintenance requests
Qualifications And Experience
Previous reception/mail room experienceAbility to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasksAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly effective team playerAdministration skillsProficient Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience in a similar roleSAP Experience is desirable
