The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking candidates for a fixed term 12 month position. The purpose of the Customer Service Officer is to work within a defined framework to drive sales of convenience meals to customers including, but not limited to, people who are a participant of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will be a passionate, enthusiastic communicator with a genuine concern for customer outcomes and satisfaction.
This is a role that offers a busy working day, whilst making a real difference to our vulnerable communities. This position is located in our new factory located at Auburn NSW. There is the flexibility to choose your start time which varies from 08:00am to 05:00pm.
The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:
Ensuring high quality customer service support. Making Outbound calls to meet the KPI’s. Onboarding and administration of NDIS and My Aged Care services. Assessing clients needs, facilitating quotes, setting up accounts. Managing enquiries by email phone and website Completing administrative sales tasks within approved business systems. Answering a high volume of phone calls. Resolving and or administering customer complaints. Answering general inquiries and feedback.
The successful candidate will have:
Call Centre, Administration, Reception background or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impeccable time management and multi-tasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Compassion, empathy, and desire to facilitate assistance to vulnerable customers. Demonstrates awareness and high-level consultation skills with people living with disability, or chronic conditions. A willingness to complete some NDIS compliance modules to equip yourself for compliance and exemplary service to the vulnerable in our community. Solid computer literacy skills are essential.
