About The Role
Due to continual business demands our Midland Brick Retail Team is seeking 2 Casual Retail Sales Advisors to join its busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer serviceCustomer service on our bricks and masonry products both in person and over the phoneLiaise with customers on product and delivery requirements;Consult with customers to help them make purchasing decisions including up to date product informationProcess sales and conduct payment transactionsMaking and receiving phone enquiries to discuss products and customer enquiries in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have
Previous experience in a sales and customer liaison role (similar industry would be highly regarded);Experience in a call centre environmentGood attention to detailAbility to work in a busy team environment to meet customer needsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team;Ability to work on a rotating Saturday morning staff roster. (approx. 2 Saturdays per month) if required support other retail outlets to cover staff or training needs.Forklift ticket or willing to obtain would be highly regarded – Midland Brick will provide full training onsite and through a third party provider
