Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pool Retail Salesperson located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Pool Retail Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as product knowledge, retail sales, communication, customer service, and sales.
Qualifications Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skillsExcellent communication with focus on customer service Sales skills with a positive attitudeExperience helping clients with phone enquiriesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge of pool and spa products is a plus, but we will provide training.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right pool and spa products, providing knowledgeable recommendations.Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry products and trends.Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Conduct water testing and offer solutions based on results.Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
