We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work alongside an esteemed principal and high-performing team in a prestigious office in the Eastern Suburbs due to growth in the team. Job Responsibilities:• Managing the schedule of a high-performing Principal• Handling preparation and administration for all listed properties• Assisting in property preparation, including repairs and styling• Preparing agents and teams for listing and appraisal presentations• Coordinating open houses and auctions• Cultivating relationships with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers• Preparing marketing material for listed properties• Generating weekly feedback reports• Database management• Shared responsibility working alongside the teams Business Manager
What you’ll bring:• Minimum of 1 years’ experience of prior Real Estate experience desired• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure• Proactive with strong initiative and autonomy• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills• Confident with a can-do attitude• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Canva, and Outlook• Strong relationship management skills• Possession of a valid driver's license and a car• Passion for the industry and a commitment to excellence• Embrace teamwork values
