Join our dynamic Customer Service Centre! You'll play a key role in delivering a full range of council services through multiple channels, ensuring timely application lodgements and providing top-notch development advice. If you're confident handling enquiries in person, via call centre, and in back-office environments, this could be the perfect role for you!

What this role looks like:
Provide administrative support, process customer transactions, and resolve enquiries.Assist with development applications, customer bookings, training, and marketing initiatives.Maintain systems and procedures, including development tracking and NAR (name & address register).
This role is 21 hours per week, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday as rostered between 8:00am to 5:00pm.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
Positive and engaged individual.Holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration with over three years of related experience.Demonstrated conflict resolution and customer service skills.
