The Role
Reporting directly to Office Manager & Daily Org and working closely with campus staff, the Receptionist will ensure that the first impressions gained by current and potential parents and other visitors to the School are favorable by creating a polite and efficient working presence. To assist where appropriate in the efficient running of the Campus Office including customer service, word processing, clerical and general office duties.
This is an ongoing full-time opportunity based at our Malvern Campus with an immediate start date available. This is ideally suited to a personable and engaging customer service professional seeking a positive work life balance. Working Monday to Friday, with four weeks annual leave, you will be a key member of our Administration team.
Key Duties
Be the first poin t of contact, both in person and over the phone, for parents and visitors to Reception and ensure that all interactions are warm and friendly and to a professional standard Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including database management, preparation of campus communications and mail distribution Provide exceptional customer service, show great attention to detail and have a continuous improvement focus Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
Skills And Experience
Administrative/reception experience with exceptional customer service focus Previous experience in an educational setting will be highly regarded Highly motivated with good communication skills Intermediate to high computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems Level 1 First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Management Certification Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
