We're looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills to join a national hardware organisation in an Internal Sales position. As an Customer Service / Sales Coordinator your key focus areas are to create a positive customer experience, provide accurate product information and maintain a high standard of administration tasks. You will work within a team environment and liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities Include
Generating quotes and processing customer orders via phone and emailAddressing customer concerns and handling product returnsCoordinating with delivery drivers to ensure timely order fulfilmentProvide a positive customer experience
Key Attributes We're Looking For
Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsStrong accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in computer systems Prior experience in building / home improvement, or related industries is advantageous but not essential
