Speedpro are on the lookout for an Operations Administration Assistant.
Assisting the Operations Manager in the day to day running and allocation of Plant, Labour and Equipment.
The role involves:-Onboarding of new employees.-Booking in site-specific inductions. -Booking in site-specific Plant and Equipment inductions.-Managing of Employee site subscriptions. -Maintaining Employee ticket and licence expiries. -Maintaining Plant and Equipment registers.-Coordinating Employee site to office payroll communications
Skills we are looking for: -Sound administration skills.-Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.-Clear communication with People management skills.-Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.-Possess a positive attitude
Experience in a similar role is an advantage, however full training and ongoing assistance is provided.Working hours open to be flexible upon approval.
