12 month contract
12 month – Full-time contract role with strong possibility of extension/permanency
Client Details
Our client is a multinational clinical technology company. They are looking for a dynamic and proactive administration assistant to join their vibrant team and support BU managers in their Macquarie Park office.
What your general day will look like:
Type general and confidential correspondence.Electronic calendar management.Coordinate travel arrangments.Meeting room set up and management of catering for meetings.Coordninate department events including birthdays/functions etc.Raising purchase orders, liaising with vendors and internal accounts team.Ordering of stationary, office equipment and general office consumables.Reception relief, answering of calls and welcoming visitors.Ad hoc admin assistance as required. Your experience:
Demonstrated experience working in a varied fast-paced admin assistant role. Exceptional communication skillsGood MS Office skills Ability to work well in a fast paced environmentAbility to maintain strong internal networks to enable the efficient coordination and collaboration for solid admin support.
