Job Description

Are you a Customer Service Officer looking for a new role? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Using your experience as a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver meaningful front-line support to the community. Taking inbound and outbound calls, you will be able to utilise your amazing Customer Service skills and work in a team environment to achieve results. The RoleThis role will see you providing front-line services to the community from a local office in Melbourne, including a range of client and administrative services that contribute to the effective delivery of quality services. Participating as a member of the Operations team to undertake a range of functions which include:Taking inbound enquiries using your excellent customer service skillsMaking outbound calls to technicians to book services for clients (no sales required!)Data Entry input of customer information into a CRMOther ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. About YouTo be successful in this role you will possess the following:Well-developed interpersonal skills, including demonstrated capacity to provide a high level of client contact service and the ability to work within a teamPrevious experience within a Customer Service roleIntermediate computer skills combined with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsCapacity to work well within an environment of fluctuating workloads and changing priorities This is a permanent position working 8 AM - 4.30 PM Monday to Friday, in an office based in Melbourne, Dingley Village.
