WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Proactively source new leads and conducting in-depth analysis of market trends and opportunities in the Australian market with a focus on Melbourne.- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking efforts.- Investigate the needs of prospective clients and identify key decision-makers involved in outsourcing decisions;- Initiate contact with potential clients via email or call to establish strong rapport and independently schedule online meetings;- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in Australia, understanding their unique requirements and facilitating smooth communication with the Innovature team in Viet Nam.- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the CEO and other team members to optimize sales strategies and client engagement.- Collaborate closely with the internal team in Viet Nam to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the Australian market;- Represent Innovature at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish our presence in Australia;- Demonstrating a highly result-oriented approach by consistently surpassing weekly, monthly, and periodic sales targets;- Handling additional tasks as assigned by the CEO. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- Proven experience as a sales representative with a track record of achieving sales target;- Experience in the BPO industry, Accounting & Finance, and/or Customer Service is highly advantageous;- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders;- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting;- Experience working with remote teams and coordinating cross-border sales activities is a plus;- Competence in performing administrative tasks, including drafting proposals and presentations;- Demonstrated work dedication and strong time management skills;- Knowledge of the Australian market and BPO industry trends is highly desirable. WHAT WE OFFER: - A competitive monthly salary at 60.000 to 65.000 AUD Annually and attractive commission scheme.
