Job Description
What will you be doing?
Process & input group, FIT & corporate reservations via phone, email & other channels.Maintain fluency with the ALL Live Limitless Loyalty ProgramProvide efficient, friendly & professional service to all guestsBe the first point of contact for all incoming booking enquiriesLiaise with other departments to ensure that we can deliver on service requests
Qualifications
Your Skills and experience include:
Service oriented with an eye for detail.Confident & articulate communication, negotiation, relationship & networking skillsTime management skills with the ability to multitask Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition & high level of energyPassion for hospitality
