ABOUT THE ROLE…
This position is responsible for providing administration assistance, associated with the management of stock and disposal of vehicles to meet or exceed our client’s and the business’s requirements by processing returned assets from arrival through to completion of sale, to the wider Disposal Team.
Tasks And Responsibilities…
The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Ensure all driver purchase / sales enquiries nationwide are followed up and processed accurately in accordance with all applicable laws of the state the vehicles are sold inAssist in ensuring all end of lease transportation is organised and coordinated with internal and external stakeholdersComplete physical vehicle checks including vehicle condition reporting, recording of unfair wear and tear details and administration of documentation for all vehicles in stockCarry out stock management of returned leased and client owned assetsAssist in preparing the vehicle for tender process, including updating registration plates, including transfer of registration at local Traffic Authority and presenting vehicles for tender displayProvide SAP support to assist during periods of heavy volumes and absences within the teamAssist the Trade Advantage team to load vehicles into Miles and other administration tasks as directed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
Experience in a customer service roleAbility to build/maintain strong, productive relationshipsExperience in an administrative roleExperience in engaging and negotiating with internal/external suppliers and customersEffectively communicates verbally and in writingProfessional and courteous customer service skillsProficient data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed
