The Contract: Casual, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm shifts as rostered
The Position:
Key aspects of this role include welcoming residents, visitors and contractors, coordinating activities at the main reception of Maddocks Gardens and providing administrative support to assist the day-to-day operations of Maddocks Gardens. Essential to this role is the ability to provide outstanding customer service to staff, consumers, residents and families, using a person-centred approach that is professional, approachable, responsive and compassionate at all times.

What you need:
Previous experience in an administration/reception/customer service role is desirable.Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person centred manner.A Certificate in Business or Business Administration is advantageous.Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in response to varying work requirements.

About Maddocks Gardens:
Maddocks Gardens is a purpose built 90 bed Aged Care complex providing high, low and respite care residential services. Our aim is to allow residents to age within the facility in a friendly and relaxed environment promoting independence and quality of life.
