About The Role
This position works under the general direction of the Senior Box Office Staff. The main duties are to provide a high level of customer service to customers making enquiries about up-coming shows and events and/or booking tickets to shows and events. Council’s Arts Visual and Performing Team, located at the Townsville Civic Theatre, offer a range of entertainment and special events and provide an environment to further develop performing arts in Townsville and the North.
About You
Our ideal candidate would have demonstrated customer service skills, the ability to speak confidently and deal with difficult patrons with previous cash handling experience and operation of eftpos machines.
You would need the flexibility to work across seven days/nights and the ability to work in a small team.
