With a small office based in Emu Plains (Western Sydney), this ambitious and driven team is professional and easy-going in their approach but with a dedication and passion for success. THE ROLE Due to expansion, this company are seeking a proactive, sales-minded professional to join their team as a Sales Representative. You will conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify new business opportunities, identify leads through research, manage a sales pipeline in the company CRM, generate campaign ideas alongside the marketing team and respond to ad hoc inbound enquiries. This role will suit a passionate, self-motivated person with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong sales acumen. DUTIESUndertake outbound calls to generate and qualify leads and business opportunitiesRespond to inbound enquiries via phoneConduct market research, update the company CRM and report weekly on sales pipeline activityDevelop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and with external providersBook appointments, meetings and training sessions with prospective businesses SKILLS & EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in lead generation in a business development or sales role or similarExperience with B2B product sales preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable to communicate with all levels of stakeholdersStrong sales acumen, with the ability to think critically, strategically and creatively to meet challenges and pursue opportunitiesA team-player, who will take a hands-on approach and work collaboratively and enthusiastically within a teamThe role requires someone highly motivated who is excellent at building relationships HOW TO APPLY This is an amazing opportunity to join an interesting and innovative company in an exciting growth phase that looks to double within 12 months.
