Currently seeking a Receptionist to be the face and voice of this high performing team this is a role for a talented individual looking to step into Strata.

The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are looking for someone that has strong administration skills and a bright and bubbly personality. You will be responsible for:
Answering and diverting calls, taking messages and distributeMeeting & Greeting clientsMail, banking, filingDatabase management and updates on the intranetProvide full administration support to the teamMaintain stationery cupboardDiary managementAttending all training sessionsAd hoc administration dutiesGeneral upkeep of the office & ensuring the office is clean
The Candidate:
Have a strong interest in Strata & Property Strong administration skills and previous reception experience is preferredBackground in Customer service Immaculately presented and well groomedExcellent communication skills both written and verbalPossess a strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast paced environment
