The role
Assist with office administration for staffManage the key registerLiaise and coordinate with contractors Handle all incoming calls and delegate them to the appropriate personDatabase managementAssist with the property listing and sale process and preparationFiltering and managing website enquiriesPrepare marketing material if requiredMonday - Friday - 5pm finish
To be a successful candidate you must have...
Real Estate experience is essentialCorporate and professional presentationAbility to deliver outstanding customer serviceAn eye for detail to keep reception looking tidyConfidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
