This is the ideal opportunity for people who come from non-technical backgrounds. Kinetic IT’s traineeship will see you learn the basics fundamentals of IT through completing a Certificate III in Information Technology, complemented with on-the-job work experience with our amazing teams!
About the opportunity:
You will be guided in providing customer service and support via phone and internal tickets for troubleshooting IT related issues, playing a part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service.

Working with kinetic it, we will teach you to:
Confidently manage your tasks, escalating incidents and requests.Record accurate data entry of incident notes and interactions.Communicate within the wider team for assistance and sharing of knowledge.
