About this roleA Customer Service Representative at Stake is the first point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and providing accurate information about our products and services:ResponsibilitiesManage customer communication via tickets, chat, and calls (inbound and occasional outbound for information, retention, and cross-/up-selling, no cold calling)Assess, investigate, and troubleshoot complex customer queriesCommunicate solutions clearly internally and externallyIdentify and suggest improvements for CS and business processesCollaborate cross functionally across the busines including Operations, Development & Engineering, Product, and Marketing teamsA bit about youMinimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service/successFamiliarity with chat systems and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk)Financial background or strong interest in financial marketsCurious attitude with a knack for simplifying complex problemsWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environmentTraining we provide you for this role: In-depth 2 week training with a full-time trainer, with ongoing and regular training sessionsSignificant product knowledge, which is extremely attractive and favoured for other business units
